The best way to approach yoga and meditation is to jump in, try it, and trust your own experience.
I invite you to try a class. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a lifelong yogi, I believe you will find value in these classes. In fact, I believe these practices will change your life.
Yoga is fun (why else would you want to do it...and how else could you possibly be motivated to continue?) When I take a yoga class I expect to feel really good by the end of class. I want to take that feeling of a strong, balanced and flexible body/mind into my day.
Yoga is meditation in motion. When practicing, your attention is focused inward. You will notice physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and underneath all that at least a glimpse of stillness, calm, inner peace. My job is to guide you toward that experience.
So give it a try - come join us! The classes are appropriate for beginners, intermediates, adults, seniors and teenagers. Private classes, Yoga Parties, and gift certificates are also available.
